Yes, I already replied to that above, which you quoted. BootGuard, once enabled properly like it is on your system, cannot be bypassed by any BIOS editing. Some hacker could possibly do it, with system in hand and other hardware tools, soldering onto your board, bypassing traces, etc.
For you, and wanting a BIOS mod, this is not a possibility. This is why they created BootGuard, to stop BIOS edits and hacking, it's a security feature and it's properly setup on your system for a change unlike many other systems where they try to enable it but do it wrong, or leave one or the other not enabled (BIOS/ME and FPF).
Flash programmer does not matter, it will help you recover from flashing a modified BIOS yes, but that's all it can help you do, it will not help you get around this issue.
BIOS edit for your system is not possible, at all. If you do not believe me, flash the BIOS I sent you, then recover your board from bricked state and then you will see what I mean.

Only the sections you see in white can be safely edited, the GUID we need to edit for this is - 899407D7-99FE-43D8-9A21-79EC328CAC21 (Find via search GUID)

No, you can't turn off anything, it's physically burned into the FPF part of the PCH (South bridge chipset).
Well you can turn it off on the motherboard/BIOS side in the Intel ME, but that would be same as flashing a modified BIOS
It would cause a bricked board too due to FPF/PCH side enabled, it would still cause a hash mismatch and fail to boot.
Sadly there is no way around this, unless you replace the chipset with a new one that has not been setup on a board yet.

Yes, if you have that chipset on this board then that is the one that must be replaced with new unused one. This cannot be done easily by home user without expensive infrared soldering workstation and lower heating plate, and a lot of skills and practice (read failed attempts, killed boards etc).
Professional laptop or some phone repair places can do this swap out easily, and I think chipset itself is usually only $10-15
