I successfully change my bios setting through RU.EFI.....without any modify to the bios itself, finally! Though I stiil can't let CPU get into deeper package c state by enabling those options?, maybe I will check this later.

Maybe other things need changed too? You're welcome for the help, but I didn't help to solve so not deserved

If you want modified BIOS so you can change these settings at the BIOS level let me know, we can work on that next, maybe there you will have all settings visible and see one you missed that help the other functions work how you wanted?
