[REQUEST] Acer Aspire E5-571(G) BIOS unlock

hi,
I am trying to get into the bios of my Acer Aspire E5-571 {no G}. The "BACKUP_Tools.exe" from the Forum Link cannot be downloaded by me ->"Access to the file is restricted". i have 1.32A bios installed from Acer Support. it now and before prompts me for a password when i try to get into bios. i was recently changing the display. wanna reinstall win10. what to do please?

Hello there
I was trying to install Windows 7 x64 in uefi/gpt on my Aspire E5-571 but it never boots, the screen freezes in the 'starting windows' screen and when I choose safe mode it stops loading drivers in CLASSPNP.sys and just stays there. I read that changing a advanced option in bios would do the trick, but the f%#$ acer locked it up.
I need help. Thank you
