Check with HWInfo64, in large window motherboard section, do you see ME section? If yes, what is ME FW version?
Also, run this and upload file it creates if it makes one (You cannot move it's window) https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details...olkit.html

Inside you will find Intel Flash Program folder, and inside that you'll see Win32 folder.
Select the Win32 folder and hold shift then press right click, choose open command window here, then type the following at the command prompt.
FPTw.exe -bios -d biosreg.bin
Then zip and upload the created biosreg.bin file.

Thanks, please download this package and run the 32 and 64 bit commands from each version folder, if any NVRAM.txt files created leave them in place and zip the entire package back up and upload so I can check. Leave the NVRAM.txt in place so we can know which version worked for your system, if any do. None may work, but best we check to see http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?fil...6270382082
But, I think I see the problem! However, there is 6x of the same entries, with different values applied, so I'm not sure which applies to your system, hopefully you can get a valid NVRAM from the above package, that will make it easier to set things
Do you see "BIOS Power Management" Section in your BIOS? If yes, please zip some images of all settings and subsections etc inside that section.
Form: BIOS Power Management, FormId: 0x2 {01 86 02 00 5E 03}
One Of: Battery Save Mode, VarStoreInfo (VarOffset/VarName): 0x8F, VarStore: 0x1234, QuestionId: 0x2000, Size: 1, Min: 0x0, Max 0x3, Step: 0x0 {05 A6 5F 03 63 03 00 20 34 12 8F 00 04 10 00 03 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00}
0x2F793 One Of Option: Full Power, Value (8 bit): 0x2 (default) {09 0E 60 03 10 00 02 00 00 00 00 00 00 00}
0x2F7A1 One Of Option: Low Power, Value (8 bit): 0x0 {09 0E 61 03 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00}
0x2F7AF One Of Option: User Setting, Value (8 bit): 0x3 {09 0E 62 03 00 00 03 00 00 00 00 00 00 00}
Maybe this setting ^^^ denotes which of the 6x multiplies of the below is used (Some do not have defaults, and some have a few more settings)
All that do have defaults, have CPU Processing speed set to low. Do you have this option, if you set Full or User Setting for above setting, if you have it visible?

Thanks, no luck with SCEWin
And from your images I see you can access most of what I mentioned, except last two (aside from hide special settings, we can set that to disable and see what it shows you if you want?)

Please tell me specifically which settings by name you want to change (One of: xxxwhatxxx) and I will show you how to change the setting via grub using Setup_var commands.
