Xeon Support for Dell G43-DM1 motherboard?

What CPUs does the G43 chipset support? This 775 board uses DDR3.

You need to know what CPU's the BIOS supports, not what CPU's G43 Chipset supports, since the BIOS may not support all that the chipset itself supports. Link BIOS and I will try to check to tell you what microcodes are in there.
