Attached is the BIOS for the laptop model Aero 15x v8, which hopefully you can unlock since it is barebones right now. The motherboard is an Intel HM370, and the BIOS is named Aptio.
Thanks in advance. Happy 2019.

I've found a few settings I can enable for you, but most I'm not able to unhide easily. If you have a flash programmer, then we can play with more dangerous edits, but on the safe side not much can be enabled/visible. You can change any hidden setting you want easily though, just not make it visible.
Update CPU microcodes will be no problem!

To be honest, I don't know what a flash programmer is. I looked it up and it seems like a piece of a software.
I don't know what kind of person you are regarding training amateurs in BIOS management, but I would be willing to learn all about using the tool for further improving my PC.
TL : DR: I'm a newbie, but would like to get a flash programmer for controlling my pc settings freely.

It's a piece of hardware. CH341A is cheap example, lots of people use this, they cost $2.50 on ebay, you'll also need SOIC8 test clip cable from ebay $2.50. These aren't necessarily required, but it makes for easier flashing, and if ever needed you can save your system from a bad flash with them as well. You would have to open the laptop up, or at minimal remove the bottom casing to be able to access the BIOS chip
If you want I can send you BIOS now with just the few settings that are easily enabled, and updated CPU microcodes.

Yes, for your first ebay link, those 2 or 4 combo package, I am not sure if you need the 1.8V adapter either (in the 4pcs kit), but you might. If you want to know for sure before purchasing you'll have to get your BIOS ID info off the BIOS chip, then I can look it up and see if you need the 1.8V adapter or not.
Second link good set, same as first link 2pcs set, if you don't need 1.8V adapter
Third link, SOIC8 cable only, only get this if you purchase CH341A programmer by itself not in a kit/combo - Cheaper here - https://www.ebay.com/itm/382486015977
Fourth link, CH341A programmer only, if you get this, also purchase the SOIC8 test clip above
Fifth link, same as first link, 2 or 4 pc kits.
If you do not get one of the 4pcs kits, here is 1.8V adapter by itself in case you need (only way to know is look and get BIOS chip ID)https://www.ebay.com/itm/253208845481
