Not that I can think of right now, sorry Your best option may be to purchase a flash programmer and SOIC8 test clip cable, then you are on control and can put whatever BIOS you want on there. So we can edit and then you program, easy and done in two minutes, These cost about $2.50 each on ebay, but take 3-5 weeks for delivery, if you want some links let me know.

Bad dump, try again with different software version or use other chip ID. What is your BIOS model exactly, I may know best version for you to use and chip ID (If not exact one, sometimes exact not best)

I got the Section_PE32_image_EC5C2D20-1C04-405A-91BF-1811F19F7197_Bds IFR by UEFITool and Universal IFR Extractor
how could I modify it?

First you need to find working software and chip ID to use for your programmer, otherwise nothing matters. Keep trying until you get verified and valid dump, then we can proceed with making changes. To make sure it's valid dump after verify, open in hex and make sure it's not all FF and/or 00, and looks similar via hex to your stock BIOS and then open in UEFITool and make sure looks similar too (not same, will have an additional volume vs stock)

Ohh! Sorry, I missed that second dump, thanks for pointing that out, checking now! That one is good
Here is mod BIOS back with following changes made
"One Of: Turbo Power Limit2" set to "disable"
"One Of: cTDP mode" set to "Up"
"One Of: Hide Special Settings" set to "disable"
FD Unlocked = All Regions
