Great, it was only a test to see if you could write back your BIOS you just dumped, without error (Checking to see if SMI Lock enabled caused issue with FPT BIOS region write or not)

here is your BIOS region back, modified now, write back using following command
FPTw.exe -bios -f modbiosreg.bin

Once flashed, let me know if CPU Ratio and CPU Freq (Bclk) still grayed out, and let me know what you see inside Advanced >> Advanced (Show image if lots of stuff), if nothing/empty just let me know I will add more (Same for Chipset >> Chipset and Boot >> Boot)

It works!!! in a mysterious way haha the bclk can be modified but doesn't do anything and the multiplier works but if i put x36 it's 32, but works!!! that's the important thing! thank you broo!!!

Bclk might be locked by ME FW, or could be simply no bclk controller on the board. CPU multiplier should change, as long as it's within Intel spec amount, or if this is Xeon CPU you may need to use certain ME, disabled ME, or modified ME

What about chipset and advanced etc, do you see lots of settings now?
