You're welcome! I am making out a guide for many similar models right now, then users can dump BIOS and apply the mod themselves, hopefully will have time to get it posted soon!
I am not sure if that is possible or not, some users tried with other similar models and it didn't work, but may not mean this model it wont work? Here is there blind recovery method if you need it, to recover from blank screen. Practice this blind flash method a few times so you are familiar with it using stock BIOS as recovery source, so you can tell it flashed back to stock from mod, before you try disabling anything.

I do see Muxless is the only available option (@ Advanced 2 >> Switchable Graphics), and I'd assume you need Muxed, but I'm not real familiar with how all that works. In Chipset >> System Agent >> Graphics Config you can change a lot of the related settings like primary display, PCIE card used, primary PCIE, disable internal graphics etc
You could install with batch file, but it's not good practice to do, because this stock package can call FPT to be used instead of AFU, and then you can loose serial, UUID and LAN MAC ID too if not done carefully (ie with your own batch, using AFU only)
I suggest using FPT with the command below, from windows (Do not flash stock BIOS this way, only your dump or your dump modified)
FPTw.exe -bios -f filename.bin
Here is your modified BIOS files. Use only the "modbiosreg.bin" (6MB) with the FPT command above/below, you can use full 8MB BIOS if you wanted, but it's not good habit to get into.
So your command will be exactly as below

FPTw.exe -bios -f modbiosreg.bin
Ohh, and about the Intel Boot Guard checking, no need I think, it should be disabled since they have BIOS Lock disabled by default in this BIOS and fully unlocked FD too. Due to those things, I doubt they would enable Boot Guard anyway but leave all that other security open/unlocked and disabled
