Sorry, no need to watch a video to unlock BIOS, not sure what you are wanting to show there but I don't need to see anything like that, unless there is some single setting or two you want me to specifically unlock in a menu you can already see. If that's the case, tell me the exact settings, but I doubt they would be in an already visible to you menu section, so you need actual full unlocked BIOS not a settings change
You can change settings like you are doing now in AMIBCP too if you wanted, even on settings you can't see in the BIOS, simply change the optimal default to a value you want and then flash the BIOS. Or, continue in grub as you're doing.
Core Voltage Mode >> This must be set first, to override mode if you want to use xx voltage always, or leave in adaptive and voltage is only applied at Turbo mode.
Core Voltage Override is a digit input setting, you are entering a value in mv
Core Voltage Offset == Same as above
For both, make sure you are entering a hex value for the decimal mv you want -

Offset prefix is set like this (Either 0x1 or 0x0), this is how you set Core Voltage Offset to negative values
Offset Prefix, VarStoreInfo (VarOffset/VarName):
0x69E
One Of Option: +, Value (8 bit): 0x0 (default) {09 07 A1 02 30 00 00}
One Of Option: -, Value (8 bit): 0x1 {09 07 A2 02 00 00 01}
Sorry I'm slow, very busy lately and always behind
Will make you a set of test BIOS now
