Wow, why do people always send 3-5K 5MB images when less than 1K and 100-200KB image is all you need to see a BIOS page? Crazy
Don't worry, it's OK, my fault for not asking for small images when I know huge ones are coming (always )
Download HWINFO64 and on the large window on left side, expand motherboard and find ME area, inside that get the ME Firmware version. Once you have that, go to this thread and in the section "C" download the matching ME System Tools Package (ie if ME FW version = 10.x get V10 package, if 9.0-9.1 get V9.1 package, if 9.5 or above get V9.5 package etc)
https://www.win-raid.com/t596f39-Intel-Management-Engine-Drivers-Firmware-amp-System-Tools.html
Once downloaded, inside you will find Flash Programming Tool folder, and inside that a Windows or Win/Win32 folder. Select that Win folder, hold shift and press right click, choose open command window here (Not power shell). At the command prompt type the following command and send me the created file to modify >> FPTw.exe -bios -d biosreg.bin

Thanks
Here is quick initial test, flash these BIOS in order, check after each flash for "Chipset" menu in BIOS. If first BIOS has chipset, then stop and do not flash second, let me know which BIOS has chipset. Also, once you do see chipset, take images of all contents inside and send to me, so I can see what still needs unlocked. It may be blank in there, so that is fine too if so, just let me know, main goal here is to find which method enables chipset then I will mod rest of BIOS to unlock the hidden stuff.

Flash back via >> FPTw.exe -bios -f M1ChipTest.bin
*** This BIOS is user specific, for espetoet, additionally this is not a mod BIOS but a test BIOS
If that is not your name, then DO NOT FLASH THIS BIOS, or you will loose your serial, UUID, possibly windows activations and LAN MAC ID too - You have been warned! ***

Hello, I have already passed the BIOS and the menus that came up were the one in the link
Sorry, I forgot to include second BIOS for that test!
However, your link is 404 and I don't understand what you mean, since I can't see images, so you may not need to test the other BIOS I forgot to send. You can just tell me, can you see new "Chipset" menu or not, if yes, and then it's contents are there/not empty, then I would want to see images of all inside.

Link must have broken. I put another link there. and the CHIPSET session appears.
IDE mode!! No, don't use that You want AHCI
But yes, I can switch that for you so the IDE/AHCI option is there instead of AHCI only.
20+ MB images again
Here is full unlocked BIOS, please compare with AMIBCP 4.55 vs what you see in the BIOS, some settings I could not tell which you had of duplicates and some I may need to unlock in a different way (Like custom profile control option for memory @ Chipset >> Memory Config >> Custom Profile control)

Flash via >> FPTw.exe -bios -f Unlocked.bin
DO NOT Adjust PCIE/Graphics etc settings, unless you have a flash programmer in your hand and a full backup made via programmer, otherwise you may pick incorrect settings and be stuck with black screen and only option to recover/reflash BIOS blindly via black screen. So if you have any thoughts to adjust any of the graphics related settings, wait until you have a programmer and have made a confirmed (Someone checked for you) backup and are ready to recover BIOS via hardware flash programmer. This is especially true in this case since you cannot select Muxed (only muxeless)
