Changed old hdd to ssd write speed only 100mbs. Need help unlock AHCI function

I tried all AMI BCP 3.xx - got only AMIBCP MFC Application stopped when opening file. AMI BCP 4.xx couldn`t open file. Here is link to original bios http://download.lenovo.com/UserFiles/Dri...914AUS.ISO
