P7H55M PRO and Xeon X3470

I have Asus P7H55M Pro and Xeon X3470.
Its doesnt work, 
With i3-530 all works.
With x3440 all works.

X3470 works on another motherboard.

So what shoud i do to work x3470 on my mb?
I want update microcodes for 106E5 cpu id. In my bios  Link to bios backup there is microcodes of 2010. In another mb also 2010... what she wants wtf?

Explain exactly what happens when you try to boot with X3470.
