I want to install a wifi card Intel AC 7260 in my laptop with whitelisted BIOS to upgrade its current Broadcom 11N wifi card

I've just flashed the mod bios and everything is perfect!!!! Laptop starts with no alarm, windows has detected the card with no problem, and the new card works great, super fast!!

I'm glad I found this forum and writting from Spain.

I have an old Lenovo B580 4377A5G with following info:

-Motherboard Manufacturer and Model : LENOVO 4377A5G  
-Bus Clock: 100 MHz.
-BIOS UEFI Revision : LENOVO H1ET73WW(1.16) 04/10/2013
-Install Language and keyboard: Spanish (Spain, international)

It had 2.50 GHz Intel Core i5-3210M from LENOVO manufacturer. I changed it to a Intel Core i7-3630QM 2.40 Ghz. I tested it and works fully fine and much better than before CPU.

It has a DOGFISH SSD 256GB [Msata drive] (256.06 GB) as drive 1, and a ST2000LM003 HN-M201RAD [Hard drive] (2000.40 GB) as a drive 2, and they work very well toguether.

It has a Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter original from LENOVO manufacturer, with \VEN_14E4&DEV_4365&SUBSYS_061117AA&REV_01\4&148f6d54&0&00E1, and I want to change it for a new Broadcom BCM943224HMS half miniPCI-e Wi-Fi card.
But when I installed this Broadcom BCM943224HMS, at UEFI start, a message appeared:
"Error 1802: Unauthorized network card is plugged in - power off and remove the miniPCI network card. System is halted".

I extracted the current bios with Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0.
And results.rar with BACKUP Tools 19n.

I wish to unlock the white list on BIOS for my Lenovo B580 model 4377A5G Intel i7-3630QM 2.40Ghz.

I´ve got to get my old Lenovo free from miniWiFI cards limitations.
And in a very easy way. Only to download your UEFI BIOS modified and rewrite old UEFI BIOS code.

I wish to write a copy of right instructions to do the tasks in order, for all Spanish languaje peoples:
Deseo escribir una copia de INSTRUCCIONES CORRECTAS EN ORDEN, para las personas de lenguaje español.

1.- Descargar Universal Bios backup de Internet. Descomprimir el archivo. Descargar Backup Tools19p.exe de Internet. Descomprimir el archivo.
2.- Abrir Universal Bios backup. exe como administrador, pulsar sobre "leer",  pulsar en backup y salvar el fichero. Salir de la aplicación.
3.- Abres como admin el BAckup_tools19p.exe, te sale una consola MS-DOS con un montón de pantallitas hasta que te dice "pulsa una tecla" y la pulsas. Entonces se abre una web que te invita a subir ficheros. Subes los ficheros (bios backup).rom y results.rar a la vez, juntos. Esperas a que se suban. Te sale otra pantalla, buscas botón "copiar el enlace", copias el enlace y vas al enlace del foro en la descripción:

4.- Debes registrarte como nuevo usuario, con clave. Despues esperas a ser usuario aprobado y esperas 30 minutos. Después escribes un comentario con las especificaciones: marca del ordenador, modelo de ordenador, procesador, teclado español, y que quieres instalar una tarjeta Wi-Fi  marca modelo, que te da "ERROR 1802",  y el enlace a los ficheros subidos (el que has copiado de la pantalla de subida de los ficheros ( (bios backup).rom y results.rar ).
5.- Despues recibiras un comentario con un enlace a la BIOS modificada. Descarga el fichero con la BIOS modificada. Desactiva el antivirus porque te detectara como fichero peligroso. Luego descomprimes los ficheros. Examina el fichero readme.txt donde te vienen instrucciones para grabar la nueva BIOS modificada.
6.- Conectas una memoria USB a un puerto del ordenador, y como administrador inicias el rufux-2.18.exe, y una vez abierto, esperas a que te indique "PREPARADO" y entonces pulsas "Iniciar" y cuando termine pulsas en "cerrar". Con esto, tu USB será ahora una unidad de disco USB de arranque.
7.-  Despues copias todos los ficheros que venían adjuntos al RUFUS en el disco USB que has creado. Despues cierras todo y apagas el PC, sin sacar la unidad de memoria USB.
8.- Enciendes el ordenador (entras en la BIOS con F1 y la modificas para arrancar desde el USB), y arrancas desde el USB. Seleccionas el teclado -> Español.  Una vez arrancado el prompt del C:\ haces DIR, y te deben salir todos los ficheros y carpetas dentro del USB.
9.- Escribes: flash.bat, y pulsas Intro. Sigues el menu. Al final te saldrá:  "pulsa una tecla para continuar..." pulsas y apagas el ordenador.
10.- Pones otra vez la tarjeta WiFi rechazada. Enciendes el PC y debe funcionar.
11.- Revisa el BIOS en el arranque del ordenador (con F1), y la modificas para arrancar desde tu disco de arranque donde está tu Sistema Operativo, como siempre ha sido).
