ROM MODULES INTERCHANGEABLE

Hi. I'd like to know if is it possible to extract a ROM module from a BIOS and integrate in another one.

I know that this has been done for option ROMs so RAID, VGA and other ROMs can be upgraded.

But... Would it be possible to extract the option ROM that controls clock speed and voltages from a 'pro' motheboard that lets you modify those settings, and put it in a 'el cheapo' model from the same manufacturer, chipset and model series, to be able to do the same?

I mean... somehow 'install' missing features in a BIOS.
