Flashing Bios Error- decompress failed?!?!

Lenovo B50-70 with a 9dcn34ww bios version
takes about 5 min to start booting windows
first i have enabled bios backflash
then tried to re-flash using 9dcn34ww or 9dcn32ww
in both trials  i get the same message after rebooting 

"InsydeH2O – Secure Flash 
Error : Decompress failed!!! 
Please press any key to reset system"

I tried to update the BIOS version on my Lenovo Laptop L340-15IRH Gaming from BGCN29W to the latest version, BGCN36WW, as released on the pcsupport.lenovo website. However, I encountered the following error message after following all the steps carefully:
