Oh no! I am very impatient so I went to a computer fixer. The guy in there wasn't an expert about BIOS chips, motherboards etc.. But I said "hey, I have a full backup of this PC's BIOS". He disassembled the chip, put in eeprom programmer and wrote the unlocked v304 BIOS file in my previous post After assemble the chip to motherboard there was still no output. After all he said me send to PC to warranty. "They should change the complete motherboard." said to me.
So I think I lost my last chance because of my impatient decisions. I could wait for your post before went to fixer.
By the way I ordered the programmer with SOIC8 test clip w/cable. Because I can't unsolder the chip on my own. It takes 2-3 weeks shipping.

I hope there is a very last chance in this situation before send the PC to warranty. No doubt out-of-warranty and it cost me nearly a new PC price. Notebooks nowadays comes with undetachable CPU, GPU on motherboard.
Also thank you for your all helps Lost_N_BIOS You didn't left me alone. Hope this thread gives others an idea such situation.

No need to send off, I can fix still without your dump. Here, actually, if you want to go back to that same guy again, hopefully he will do over for you for free this time since he wasn't smart enough to fix it properly last time Write this BIOS to the chip and you'll be back to unlocked 304

If you can't go back to him, or don't want to, then just wait until your programmer arrives, no need to send system off for warranty service or anything like that.

Hello everyone and happy new year

I come to you because I have to unlock the bios of my computer in order to keep using it on the long term.

My power button is broken and I need another way to turn on my machine, but the bios seems to be really restrictive and doesn’t let me manage the power settings, like turning on the computer from the laptop’s keyboard/mouse, from LAN or from USB. Atm, I just don't turn off my computer but it's not a viable solution as I'm not protected against rare freezes.

I have already seen a reparator months ago but he told me the reparation would cost around 200€ because I had to buy the whole keyboard and replace it, just for the power buton. Imho, the price isn't worth it just for one button replacement and I'm looking for this alternative solution from a bios mod

Is it possible to edit my bios in order to be able to activate such settings so I can turn it on/turn if off at will ?

I think i can let some options appear in bios screen ,but i can't sure if they could accomplish your purpose or need.
If you want to try ,use this tool to dump current bios and attach it.

I provided tool is only contain which version of intel fpt for  corresponse every platform and batch file.
I made my tool as simply as possible ,user no need to know what MEI version on machine and didn't need spent time to find what version of fpt tool is suitable for their platform.
User only need to right click batch file  ,it's very simply ,right??
Here is online virus check on this tool ,no any virus found on report and my Avira didn't detect any virus ,too.

I guess it misjudge my batch file is virus ,because of it will let uac close temporarily.

Hey, I managed to put a wake up on alarm thx to you you unlocked this option with your mod. I'll try it tomorrow but everything should work just fine. I didn't find any solution to turn on the computer with another key or USB but i'll take a deeper look later. But ultimately I'll be ok with the wake up on alarm. 
i don't have any antivirus, just the Windows security system. Just so you know it can give a false positive for further posts : )

Please check BIOS main page for ME FW version, if you do not see it download HWINFO64 and on the large window on the left expand motherboard, then go to ME and get ME Firmware version.  Once you have that, go to this thread in section "C" and download the matching ME System Tools package (ie if ME FW is 9.xx get V9 package, if 10.xx get V10 etc)

Once you have that, inside you will find Flash Programming Tool folder, and inside that a Windows or Win/Win32 folder.  Select that Win folder, hold shift and press right click, choose open command window here, and then type the following command and zip and upload the created file for me to edit for you

My bios have sirius issues
1-) Adding a custom boot entry-> Can't access to bios unless I reflash nvram
2-) Sleep in battery -> Shutdown (in AC it's OK)
3-) Serial in Bios ->AB0123456789012345678 just not exist (since I bought that device)
4-) PC boots few seconds after pressing power button.
5-) Bios time is not working need to reset my timer on every reboot.
I tried cleaning ME region but my issue still exist.
I need to fix my bios I hope someone will help me.
Also unlocking would be nice.
