[REQUEST] HP 14-dk0002dx - Generating AMI .SIG files

I have finally figured out how to edit the rom files for the bios but cant seem to be able to flash it...  I searched all of the forms 
and plenty of google but can't seem to find a method that works for me.  Is there a way to make my own .SIG files or bypass that in the 
flashing process?  I've tried many command line options and EFI options but nothing seems to work.

The bios has nearly zero features....cant change clock speeds of anything and the PC is seriously under clocked to begin with.  Really want to change VRAM settings...   I have no idea where to find an unlocked bios.   Any help would be appreciated.   TIA!
