Only 2 cores on X3470+H55 Chipset

I've try Windows 7 installation, Ubunutu 18.04 and Hiren's BootCD, all freezes at boot with all cores enabled in BIOS.

Limiting the number of cores via "msconfig", I was able to see my 4 cores/8 threads in device mananger, but can't use them.

I think it's not BIOS problem.
Post a screenshot of HWMonitor with full CPU load on 2 cores/4 threads.
Show a photo of the label on your PSU.

So strange man, seems to be the way that BIOS inform the number of cores to OS when set to "ALL".

It's possible to create a "4 cores" entry in the BIOS menu?

I'll try with other PSU in the next days.

Well. Try to boot with "ALL", but with disabled HT

I start to suspect that was a CPU problem, but there's no other unit to compare.

Same issue with HT disabled with "ALL" and safe mode, computer restarts at windows boot logo.
