I found a seller in ebay, he says that I have to change both chips of bios. It is just 25 euro

this is a false path! Corrupted contents of only one chip - 4Mb
you just throw money into the rubbish

I may need your guidance if I have to go by myself, which chip should I rewrite? and where I can find the bin file for bios w540? in lenovo website they do not give bin file!

I've the same problem. But when I disassmble my W541 to read the eeprom my W541 won't start. Can you tell me, how you turned on your ThinkPad after disassambly? There must me some contact interrupters or something like that...
