Can't install this version under Windows 11, installation ending with error:

"The file 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\RichEd32.dll' could not be opened. Please check that your disk is not full and that you have access to the destination directory."

The file is present in the directory, space is available, so the installer must have a bug.
