Are you sure processor on this machine is support vt-x??
yes, I am sure. now the p8400 processor is in the laptop with the help of manipulations with CMOS it was possible to get virtualbox to work with hardware virtualization. But at any entry into the BIOS, the CMOS settings are reset and hardware virualization is disabled. Manipulations with CMOS were done using the SYMCMOS program; when the variable at 0x35a was changed to 1, hardware virtualization was turned on.

I flashed the BIOS, the laptop worked. But the DEBUG tab did not appear in it. Accordingly, the settings were reset again and can only be set again by
CMOS manipulation. Hardware virtualization has shut down.

Everything turned out very well. The option has appeared and really changes the state of hardware virtualization. Please tell me, in this BIOS it is possible to return most of the settings that are present in ordinary computers (memory timings, processor control, etc.) and how difficult it is

Before you mention difficult of modify ,you should think whether these option were exist.
I think no such as options related "memory timings" or "processor control" in this bios ,you're thinking too much.
Only "ahci" or "Frequency Ratio" have string be found on phoenix editor's string window ,i think they are useful option .
But i couldn't conform if they are vaild yet , it need to modify and check.
There are no structure of sub-menu in this bios.
If it contain sub-menu it look like below image ,but actual it didn't. https://imgur.com/a/Ru1I1Yu

Good day. I noticed an interesting feature. After saving the BIOS settings, the laptop does not restart, but turns off. Especially not annoying but bug
