I've analysed BIOS. I've found microcode for these CPUID:
6F5 - Woodcrest B1
6F5 - Woodcrest B2
6F7 - Woodcrest B3
F49 - Prescott G1
F47 - Smithfield B0
F64 - Cedar Mill C1
F65 - Cedar Mill D0
F4A - Irwindale R0
10661 - Conroe-L A0
6FB - Conroe G0
6FD - Conroe M0
6F6 - Conroe B2
6F2 - Conroe L2
So current BIOS already has microcode for Q6x00. But I'm not sure about support for quad cores CPU...
Found some results Optiplex 320 & Core 2 Duo with native FSB=1066 & 1333 Mhz:
Core 2 Duo E6300 @ 1.40 GHz FSB 1066->800
Core 2 Duo E6320 @ 1.40 GHz FSB 1066->800
Core 2 Duo E6400 @ 1.60 GHz FSB 1066->800
Core 2 Duo E6600 @ 1.80 GHz FSB 1066->800
Core 2 Duo E6700 @ 2.00 GHz FSB 1066->800
Core 2 Duo E6550 @ 1.40 GHz FSB 1333->800
Core 2 Duo E6750 @ 1.60 GHz FSB 1333->800
Core 2 Duo E6850 @ 1.80 GHz FSB 1333->800
So FSB=1066 & 1333 Mhz aren't supported by this motherboard. CPUs can work with FSB=800 Mhz maximum.
