My T440p was installed LinuxMint and dump bios by dd command. What else need to provide if I need modify my BIOS to remove wifi white list? And is it possible to flash the mod bios in Linux?

So it's means if I have no SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip, I can't remove my wifi whitelist in BIOS, right?

i'm looking to remove the whitelist for network adapters and unlock the advanced menu.
