Because i'm no way to solve undervoltage restriction in newest bios ,and your demand is very weird ,on low voltage(on silent mode) but wanna get high performance on gaming?? i really don't understood!
Another reason ,if you insist to adjust cpu vcore voltage in bios ,it will let your laptop crush and almost can't revert ,clear cmos or re-write bios still no any hlep ,on my impression only a Korea user can avoid this issue and do undervoltage successfully.
(Enable internal graphic also let it crush)
If you only want to make undervoltage in XTU ,you can downgrade bios to version 307 then try.
And why i always want people to dump bios with fpt ,it's very simple cuz asus official bios can't bypass and re-flash again by EZflash when we do any changes in bios.
As i can't achieve your request ,so i will not reply to that i can't do or i'm not interesting thing , this's my custom.
Undervoltage unlock is hard to do by my ability ,but overclocking memory or enable XMP feature or let some hidden items appear in bios is possible.
This's an example for oc memory in the similar laptop model.

*I've ever thought ,if we can could swapping older microcode from old bios inject to new bios to solve undervoltage restriction ,but i'm not sure and it may danger ,so if people don't have spi programer i will not to do this test.
I'm not expecting high performance when the voltage is low, I want to use ThrottleStop or Intel XTU to adjust it depending on how much it needs automatically, so it's not using more voltage than it needs
ASUS silent mode = 675mV/900MHz idle, 950mV/1.3GHz under load
Quiet but slow and won't speed up
ASUS Performance mode = 1200mV/4.2 GHz idle or under load, never slows down
Fast but runs hot and noisy when doing nothing
ASUS Windows mode = 1.8 MHz/1140mV idle, 4.1GHz/1200mV under load
As fast as Performance but never lowers voltage when idle, better but still a bit noisy when idle
Right now it just doesn't respond to XTU or ThrottleStop at all, XTU has the voltage options greyed out and throttlestop just doesn't work, I was hoping an unlock would allow them to work so I could run it cool when idle and fast under load without always having to switch profiles. I'll give it a try in version 307, maybe that can do what I want it to. If it would be useful I could also provide a dump from 307 when it's installed just for unlocking other options.
EDIT: genius239, thank you! I didn't see the DM til now, I'll try to get it installed and working later this evening
EDIT 2: the download link didn't work, so I've been trying downgrading to 307 instead. The downgrade works, and XTU works afterward! ...But after the downgrade, the next time I reboot, it reboots twice, "Please wait while we install a system update" flashes on the screen, and the BIOS updater pops up again and forces it back to 310. I'm not sure what's going on there, possibly Armoury Crate forcing it to update again?
If I shut it off and interrupt it during the two reboots, then I can boot it up again and stick to 307, but the next time I reboot normally and don't interrupt it it force-updates back to 310. Anyone know how to prevent this?
EDIT 3: nevermind, windows was doing it, it's the "Firmware" entry in Device Manager, you have to open that and "upgrade" to 10.1.2.307 instead of 10.1.2.310
