Bios Update Samsung 300V3A-S02DE

1. Hello,
   i have a Samsung 300V3A-S02DE and wanted to install a SSD. The installation of Windows 10 by an USB Stick worked, but after the installtion the SSD isnt listed in the Boot-Menu and i have tried all options in BIOS, but the SSD still doesnt show up...
   After hours of research i havent find a solution, but think that the BIOS needs an Update, because it is from 2011.

   Can someone help me to find out, if there is an update avaible and where i can find it?
   And which of the tutorials here could help me to do the update?
