I'm trying to run an E5450 on this motherboard but I'm not able to update the microcode.
Currently I have bios 0018 (last) and it is being recognized, but everything is running extremely slow, impossible to use, I can't even load Windows 8.1, and I can't even install Windows 7.
All the procedures described here in this discussion, I carried out but without success, even when martinjhm271 said that it was successful with the downgrade to version 0014, but I did not achieve this success, since when I do this, the E5450 stops being recognized, the card it doesn't start anymore, it just beeps, and the same happens when I put the E7200. So the only one that works now is the E5700, I found it very strange.
What else do I need to do to be able to update these microcodes in this 0018 version of the bios?
I am attaching the LOG of the update attempts using the guidelines here, using the 3 CPUs.
Reflash official BIOS. Do Load Defaults in BIOS, save and reboot.
Then install your Xeon.
Make DOS USB-stick (e.g, by Rufus), download and unzip all files for the modded version of CHECKUP7 to this DOS USB-stick.
Boot from this DOS USB-stick and make a photo of the screen with results.

I found out that this INTEL DG41WV card is identical to the PEGATRON IPM41-D3, and by a gigantic coincidence I have one here that doesn't work, so I removed the chip from its bios (it's just plugged in and not soldered) and put it on Intel. I performed the update procedure, and it worked when I deactivated this C1E that you said (you are the best!).
This option C1E found in "Processor Power Management", and even disabled, the slowness continues (with Intel bios)
The IPM41-D3 bios do not support UEFI, so I would like to use the Intel DG41WV.
Could there be something more to be disabled in the DG41WV so that it doesn't get all this slow? ... or some way to enable UEFI on the IPM41-D3?

I had problems with my internet, today I managed to normalize my signal
Those are the images
A detail that I should have already told you is that, I have a bios recorder (EZP2019 +) so if there is a need for you to perform tests with modifications for curiosity, there will be no risk of the card stop working because we can re-record at any time, and the chip is not fixed on the board, it can be removed easily with the help of tweezers. I already have the backup copy of the original file and two other cards, and also the computer I use at the moment, this is not the one I'm trying to solve the problem, that is, we are free to test and see if we can find out what is preventing the processor to work properly on these Intel bios.
