Hello guys,

I just bought a CH341A programmer and I am able to detect the chip and clear it. The problem comes when opening the new bios file I get a message saying "File length beyond range of will be ignored: but the bios file comes from the manufacturers website. This is for a lenovo Y50

Most likely the format of the file you have for the BIOS is in some kind of Lenovo-specific encoding, rather than just the raw bytes that would go in the flash. DM me and we can debug this together.
