Tried all 4 mods that you sent me. All flashed just fine pc boots just fine however no change in anything. Now I don't expect you or anyone else to beat their head off the wall for me but would you mind giving a brief explanation on what you were trying to do. I opened up your mods in amibcp and did not see any access changes (visually) I did see there was alot of difference in the hex code between the 4 just obviously not tied to string. This pc is my play thing atleast until I can get a good gpu at a fair price then I will start using it more seriously. Until then I'd love to expand on what you were trying to see if I can continue.

Is it possible I have more than 1 bios chip? There's a few 8 pin chips on the board. I'm only reading the one I researched to find as the "bios" chip and the dump kinda confirms that. I just modded one of my original dumps in amibcp. What I did was set sata operation to default to ahci which I can obviously change easy in the settings but default was raid. I also turned the general setup visibility off as in I didn't expect to see it with rcsetup set to user and visible. But once again NOTHING changed. Even my sata operation was still set to raid. I honestly think for my next test I'm going to erase the chip and leave it blank and try to boot the pc up. Something tells me it's going to boot just fine.

Ok erased the chip....now it doesn't boot. So that theory was bs.

@frankr2994

Let me simply explain it in my opinion and what my originaly modify plan ,it might not 100% correct.
For a example, on this classic uefi bios interface ,it included six tabs appear on bios screen ,so it means there should six tabs container on bios module to navigate or link to respective tab.(Main ,Advanced ,chipset..etc)

But ths fact is ,maybe there is only one or two container on t8510's bios ,currently you can see options appear in bios interface is link to Main tab. It very bad for menu modify ,only one container but the options you need is very much ,so i said it hard to continue.

What the my purpose on my four mods??
On1 and 2 , i attempt to injected Advanced tab below main tab ,i wanna verify whether it has 2nd container. If advanced tab appears ,it proves it has .

On 3 and 4 , i attempt to swapped Main tab and Setup tab. Because of setup tab included all mainly tabs , if it success ,i only use one tab to
display 3~4 tabs in bios screen.

Here is similar edit method on gigabyte's z390 motherboard i made , i swapped M.I.T tab to setup tab .

If above mods is prove my idea , on my originally plan i wanna do is that replace Main tab with setup tab ,then inject IntelRCSetup tab, IntelRCSetup is a external module ,it stored in module : ABBCE13D-E25A-4D9F-A1F9-2F7710786892.
But now everything is empty cuz you said there nothing has changes in mod.

Interesting. Well thank you for trying. I would have never thought of that. I'd still be interested to see if I could change the gui. Bios layouts are so simple it wouldn't be hard but I doubt I'll ever be able to come up with the source code for it. What I'm trying to do right now anyways is extract modules out of the bios using uefi tool. I'm then using ifr extractor to put that into a text file. My thinking is changing everything I need to change in that text file and repacking it into the bios as a modded module. Would you happen to know how I can compress these back into the bios?

You can extract or replace module by uefitool ,this is what i used.

Now you can do a simple test ,you can try set access/use to user in Debug ,then re-write to chip again ,it should appear in bios.

I'll have to learn more about using uefi tool. Just downloaded it yesterday. I'll do the debug test and see what happens but what I really can't understand is why the simple change in sata operation from raid to ahci didn't stick. The tab system in the gui doesn't explain that.

Debug set to user. It did not show in the bios screen however. What I may try if I can figure it out is pull date and time from main and add it to intelRCSetup. Then wipe main setup. Make it not exist. I'm guessing everything that just would get deleted has to be filled with FFFF. And just thinking a better option may be is to find what module is telling it to go to the main tab. If I could change a variable to point to rcsetup instead.

Can you possibly tell me how to edit an efi file. Not move or replace but actually change something in it. I have ifr extractor and can read the file but I don't know how to either turn the text back into an efi or modify the raw efi file.
