Hi Everyoine,

I'm new at the forum. And I'm aking for your help.
Can anyone give me the BIOS file for a Toshiba A200-2B7 (PSAE6E)
Motherboard: ISKKA LA-3481P Rev.2.0

Why: This is a old laptop that I have and I want to use to my 6y son, for playing (and it is enough), is a ASUS A55X. But nfortunately, when I was updating the BIOS, the kid turned off the power supply in the "erase" phase, now I have to install a new BIOS. But as I have no experience in the area, I wanted to first test it on another device (this Toshiba). I have a CH341A programmer

I allready extrat (I think) the BIOS file by conecting the programmer to Chip U34, after open de software I save is file. but I'm not sure that is.

Well after getting to work to try my luck, or lack of it:

Software V1.18: Write operations timeout failed! Code:% d
Software V1.34: Detection failed, Eprom not detected
Software V1.41: Reads, implies that you write, but on verification it gives an error: Possible protection is enable. Press "unprotect" and check datasheet (keep the message: programming chip ... and the only free option is to abort) - Do I let it stay that way for some time (I left it for 30 minutes)?

Note: Chip WinBond 25Q64FV

Someone here more knowledgeable in the subject who wants to give some basic lessons. Where am I failing?
