[Request] MSI h110m PRO VH PLUS support a Xeon e3 1245 v5

Hello, 
Im trying to mod my BIOS to use mi MSI H110m PRO VH PLUS with an INTEL XEON e3 1245 v5 and its been imposible for me to open the bios image at the MMTOOL.
It shows the error code 100003h.
Its my first time modding a BIOS to add microcodes.

If someone here can help me with this, im leaving the BIOS file at the attachments.

All CPUs for LGA1151 with Skylake core use the same microcode.
Try to disable ME.

How i do that?

Download Intel CSME System Tools v11 and unpack it.
Run \Flash Image Tool\WIN32\fit.exe
Drug and drop your BIOS firmware into Flash Image Tool's window.
Go to Intel® ME Kernel->Reserved
Change a value of Reserved parameter to Yes.
Press Ctrl+B to build modded firmware. Then choose Yes
The file with name outimage.bin is modded firmware.

Now, can i flash the .bin image?
Consider that the original bios is a .1c0 file.

Ok, i used the new bios by renaming it with the original .1c0 name, becouse it didnt worked with the .bin name.
Everything well, only a message before the bios run, that says the Bios has something strange.
But it worked well, with the Pentium CPU.
.I installed the XEON CPU and it seemed like it would work the same, but BOOM.
It shut down and now dont launch any of the CPUs.
Any ideas?

I restarted the bios and put back the pentium cpu.
There is any chance to make the xeon work?

Now the xeon works in the modded bios but dont launch windows.
It works one time the bios setup and when i restart, de cpu dont works anymore.
I dont know what the next step would be

Try the same with oldest version of BIOS.

Its possible to "erase" that?

I think it's possible but I'm not interested in this mod.
