Please help me modify bios to add more options for overclocking in advanced menu because I need to disable speedsted to allow overclocking. The bios dump is attached. Specs: Atom N450 2GB DDR2

I would take on this BIOS mod request, but when I try to extract the BIOS image with the Phoenix SLIC tool, I get a multitude of errors saying that various modules cannot be extracted. If there is a solution to this issue, then I can modify this BIOS.
The BIOS image comes packaged in a .exe file. I think there is a way to extract Samsung's BIOS installers (I don't remember how though) to get the actual BIOS image itself out. If this can be done, then the Phoenix SLIC tool will probably work. UniExtract, my usual executable file extractor, isn't working for this.

I found the old tool I use to extract Samsung BIOS images. However, when I extracted the image, I found two .wph files (BIOS images) in the extracted contents. Each of these files is moddable, identical in size, and are complete. Examining these in a hex editor, they differ substantially near the beginning of the files starting at offset 0x92DB.
That aside, I have modified several Samsung BIOS images in which the executable had multiple .wph files before, all with successful results. I usually just choose the .wph file that has the same name as the BIOS image archive before extraction.
I should have the BIOS modified by the end of the day (05/20)!

The BIOS mod is complete! I have unlocked the hidden INTEL Menu, which contains an abundance of settings.
Unfortunately, I was unable to find any explicit overclocking settings. I would recommend looking at the program ThrottleStop, however. You can undervolt your CPU with it, which offers a host of benefits (fuller clock speed utilization when multiple cores are running due to lower heat production, longer battery life, increased longevity of components, etc.). Follow the instructions carefully for useful results.
