Hello StarPrince,
I can take a look at your UEFI image to see what can be unlocked.
Please run this tool from Serg008 and upload the result file to this thread: https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/attachme...?aid=22399 This will ensure that we have a flashable backup in the unlikely event that something goes wrong.
Please also upload pictures of the menus you can currently see.

Do you see a file named "results.rar" or folder with the name "result" on your Desktop? If so, you can upload that file.
If not, please download and install HWInfo (https://www.hwinfo.com/). Launch the program as Administrator, choose the "Summary only" mode bubble, double click "Motherboard" in the left pane, click "Intel ME" under it, and then find the "Intel ME Version" on the right pane. Let me know which version your computer has and I will find the correct FPT flash tool for your computer.

Sml6397Hello,
It didn't generate results.rar nor folder, so i downloaded and launched HWinfo64
but it seems my system doesn't have MEI driver , after long research and downloaded Intel Management utility , it didn't find i have it on my motherboard
so i didn't upload "Intel ME" because it is not available on HWinfo64 for me, but i uploaded full report and captures that may be useful

It appears that your BIOS is a specialized Dell Phoenix BIOS that Dell uses in some of their machines (but curiously not others). I am not currently sure how to modify this image as I am not sure where the Setup Table that contains the menu listings is located.
I do not know any other modders here who can modify Dell Phoenix BIOS that I can recommend your request to, unfortunately.
I see two options for now:
1.) Post a thread at win-raid and see if someone picks it up.
2.) We can try to figure this out. Given pictures of your BIOS Setup Utility, I might be able to reverse engineer how it is set up. I can give no guarantees that I will able to complete the mod in the end and I'd recommend that you purchase the CH341A SPI programmer just in case something goes wrong. It costs about $7-10 USD and will allow you to reflash your BIOS chip in the case of a brick.
If you are willing, I'd be willing to pursue this mod further as it could be a good learning opportunity and I'd be able to write a guide about how to modify Dell Phoenix BIOS for others to reference. That said, I can make no guarantees about anything and it may take a while before you get a mod, if at all.
Let me know your choice.
