Hello chadreuel,
A few questions for context:
1.) Is the problem that your computer no longer boots and nothing shows up on the screen? Do any lights come on? What exactly does the computer do when you press the power button?
2.) Were you updating your BIOS or flashing a BIOS mod right before this issue happened?
3.) How did you get that bios.bin file? Did you use a hardware/SPI Programmer? I presume you did since you mentioned BIOS chip model number. Additionally, when did you get that file - before or after the problem?
If you have a backup of your BIOS chip - potentially even after a brick - we may be able to transplant specific system details like MAC addresses, Serial Numbers, UUID, and more from the backup to someone else's backup. We will need to flash someone else's backup onto your BIOS chip in order to restore it, unless the backup you provided is of the entire BIOS chip and was taken before the brick.
