Here, we can see that RSA signatures are in use. In theory, if a single bit is modified in the image, your computer should fail to boot.
That being said, I have never actually tried modding a post-2015 HP notebook myself (due to risk of bricking). If you would like, I could send you a modified BIOS image over PM and you could test it out. It will likely brick your notebook, but you have been able to recover from the backup you took. The BIOS image you posted in your first post is the modified one, right? If so, please upload the unmodified dump you recovered from.
In the likely case that your BIOS is unmoddable, I can give you a list of interesting settings and you can tell me which ones you want to change, and I can show you how to use the bootable RU.EFI utility to manually change hidden BIOS settings. This will very likely be how you must modify settings.
