(11-25-2021, 11:33 AM)DoctorCipote Wrote: Thanks guys, but even with "secure boot". the BIOS detects the M2 but system cannot boot from there...

NOW Im focused in update BIOS...

After the update to EC 1.07.16... I've tried to update the BIOS to 1.07.29 and after to 1.05.13 (using command promt as admin from windows).
with the same disappointing results (see below)

ME fw 11.7.4.3314  & considering to update the ME fw to 11.8.50.3434 (latest)...and after try again BIOS to 1.07.29

any comments before doing so?

You said OS in your post but didn't mention which OS running in what mode: UEFI or Legacy?

Also, the BIOS has a file you need to run first: WMEset.exe . Run this file first then you will be able to update the BIOS

I'd start with telling us what OS running in which mode. If it is Windows 7, updating the BIOS will NOT help.

Only unlocked BIOS has CSM support for booting Win7 UEFI
