Hi, when you all read the two Bios Chips at your t440p with SPI, did you use the clamp or did you desolder the ICs? I am afraid of getting bad data if it is soldered to the board. @Dudu2002 when I read out the dump can you still unlock them cause of SVP? I will rescue the Laptop of my new girlfriends father. He knows much about tech. But I will be a bit smarter. He put in the SVP for security reason years ago. Now he forgot it but have to reinstall Windows and change boot order. You know... I will be the brave new boyfriend ;-) Thank you in advance for your reply's.
