I will probably get banned from this site for this comment. Let me say first up that Dudu was exceptional helpful and quick at removing the whitelist from my Lenovo B590. And i appreciate his help a enormously. However when it came to make the donation which i think he deserved , that's when the problems started .
He said to use Transferwise and i would not have to supply my ID, well this was not the case . Everytime i tried to make the donation it asked for photos of my license or passport. Now i'm not stupid and i'm not going to supply this info to a company i have never heard of, particuly when Dudu said i won't need to.
Then he said to use Bitcoin which requires setting up an account and providing the same sort of ID documents , which again i was not prepared to do.
I suggested to use Paypal, to my astonishment Dudu claimed that Paypal was a "fraudulent service". I have been using Paypal for twenty years sending money all over the world and not once had a proplem. Paypal is the biggest online payment system in the world (https://www.techradar.com/au/best/best-payment-gateways).
I spent over 2 hours trying to pay Dudu a donation with emails going back and forth and i must say he wasn't much help , just repeating the same information.
I say to Dudu. Thank you so much for helping me . I am really sorry i cannot get my donation to you . I suggest you get back with Paypal to make it easier for everyone.
