Unfortunately ,i think your laptop not supprt PTT. Not all s210h can support PTT features. You can do easy testing ,go into Advance >> PCH-FW Configuration >> PTT Configuration ,then set "TPM Device Selection" =PTT and go into Advance >> Trusted Computing then set " Security Device Support" to enable. Then run PTT check utility and check if the PTT can be active.
*. If you can't see sub-menu "Trusted Computing" appear , i can clearly tell to you this machine didn't support PTT features ,you need find other way to install win11.
