Its possible. 990 is little difficult but i just install and boot from NVME PCIE with bios hack..
Will post detail as soon as i finish testing.

Follow every steps carefully. Don't skip...

After done if No boot. Add UEFI boot manually in bios.

Uefi > Add boot option > select Boot in Directories Colom, Select Bootx64.efi in Files Colom.
Boot option Name : Windows Boot Manager
Apply > Exit 
It works ..
