Thanks! I flashed this and it worked to unlock all of the settings around [Display] and [Keyboard].
I was originally looking to see if there is a way to get the boot menus to recognise either PCMCIA or USB devices as valid to boot from, since USB devices seem to be detected on the POST screen, but I can't tell if the BIOS menus are just hiding those options under the BOOT settings.

Thanks for sharing that. Then it's safe to say this BIOS cannot support booting from those mediums?

USB booting supported for sure, and if the device has a built-in PCMCIA slot, this medium also should be supported. This is not an issue of locked BIOS settings, but a code in BIOS that is responsible for the available functions.

Interesting - USB booting has never worked and the boot menu that shows up has the + to expand categories (Such as Removable Devices, Hard Disk), but no facility to actually do that (hitting enter as you do in the setup screen just picks the first option).

Seems like it (shows on POST screen but never available in the Phoenix Setup Boot Menu).
Anyways, thanks for your help and discussion on this!
