[REQUEST] Vostro 3500 n-series Clarkfields CPU Upgrade

Hi, I own a Vostro 3500 n-series with discrete GT310M. It came with i5-560M stock. I have bought a i7 740qm and tried to insert it. After that the PC hang at POST (i wonder) as i got a blackscreen with spinning fan (no HDD led) and i just need to shortly press power to turn the laptop off.
I have checked the stock latest bios with amibcp, it has 04/2010 microcode for 106E5 platform 13 and hybrid graphic option is set to hybrid by default. There's a N5010 model which comes with 740qm by default i know which got set to non-hybrid as optimal and IGD as failsafe. Before inserting i modded the bios but reflash to stock after insert it just to be sure it works correctly without any modifications.
What i need to do now to make it works, as i saw people from vostro 3700 successfully upgrade it but till now noone did with vostro 3500.
