Hi.
I recently tried upgrading my laptop's cpu from celeron b800 to core i5 2450m with no success, laptop won't turn on. The chipset is a hm65 and someone told me it won't even support a core i3 so i returned the core i5. Since the socket and chipset are compatible with core i5 and core i7 cpu's I think the problem is in the Bios but I already have the latest bios available for this model from toshiba https://content.us.dynabook.com/content/...2ev130.exe
So now i'm wondering if it is possible to somehow modify the Bios to add support for a more powerful sandy bridge processor.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :B
