[request]Samsung R410 plus remove battery control
#1
Good afternoon. Help modify the bios phoenix
Samsung R410 plus laptop (Samsung r460 motherboard, chipset )
The laptop works, it has a Celeron 575 processor, I bought a Core2 Duo T7500 and with it the laptop does not turn on. I wanted to update the bios.
The bios WIN_16NA.exe is here - https://org.downloadcenter.samsung.com/downloadfile/ContentsFile.aspx?CDSite=UNI_RU&OriginYN=N&ModelType=N&ModelName=NP-R410P&CttFileID=1949074&CDCttType=FM&VPath=FM%2F200912%2F20091201101751593%2FWIN_16NA.exe
I have no battery, so the firmware doesn't start, it swears it needs a 30% battery. Can you disable the battery check?
And another question. I was going to flash BIOS to replace Celeron 575 processor with Core2 Duo T7500. Can you see if this latest version of the bios supports this processor?

I figured it out myself. I followed the instructions - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aDOiVou2aPM

disassembled the BIOS, removed the battery control - there are only three ones to replace the three zeros, and successfully flashed.
