ASUS M4A79T Deluxe - 1MB BIOS and 2MB IC

Hello, 
I've received a motherboard in title that doesn't execute any code - post code 00. Since all voltages are present and everything heats up as intended I think that the BIOS image got corrupted. The problem is that the BIOS versions that Asus published are all 8Mbit and my IC is 16Mbit, W25Q16BV. Every flashed image shows 00 and simple copying and pasting twice all data in HxD didn't work, so I guess there's more to it. Is it possible to make it work or do I need a different IC - 8Mbit? Thank You in advance.

EDIT: I've tried a 8Mbit Winbond IC and I still get 00 post, motherboard seems to be dead.
