Hi,
I just recently picked up a Dell Vostro 3555 on Ebay and I've upgraded both the CPU and RAM. The laptop has the A70M Chipset which I know is capable of supporting 16GBS of RAM but for some reason Dell locked the BIOS to only support up to 8GBs. I bought 16GBs expecting it to work in the laptop but it refuses to acknowledge the fact there is 16GBs in there.
I was wondering if someone could change the max ram accepted to 16GBs for me in the BIOs? I would appreciate it greatly.
Plus, could the BIOs' vram thing be unlocked too so I can set how much ram I want to give to my iGPU?
