Intel Anti-Theft system lock -need to unlock
#1
Hi , I need help to unlock Dell Optiplex 990 tower has lock screen on bootup.
Can not use F2 , F10 , F11 to go to bios or to change boot option.
Screen shows massage as bellow>>
___________________________________________
Intel Anti-Theft system lock due to: Platform Attack Detected
Time Left to enter Password: 575 Second
Please select one of the following for platform recovery:
1 - User password
2 - Server Token Password

Select one of the above options to proceed ...

Intel Anti-Theft service provider Id:6000

No password has been set for bios or Intel Anti-theft or hard drive encryption.
No McAfee or any product related is installed.
I tried password > 1234> 123456>12345678 as per forums from google search.
I tried to reset bios by jumper no effect.

My question is any one has any solution for this.
Its look like Virus or some type of hack as all system is official bought from dell website..
Thanks in advance .
I don't know where to post this so i am posting here but if moderator wants to move, No problem.

Did you read this - https://www.dell.com/community/Optiplex-...-p/7498948 ?
Does this system belong to you?
Can you make current BIOS by hardware programmer?
