[REQUEST] Acer Swift X14 (SFX14-42G-R607) BIOS Unlock

Hey!

Would primarily like to have the ability to adjust IF/RAM settings since stock latency on this laptop is >120ns. Someone on Notebook Review was able to get their laptop (same laptop, just 5800U vs 5828U) in the ~70ns range, and I'd like to be able to do the same if possible. 

Attached the stock BIOS, happy to donate if it can be done.
