Hello ,friend~
Do you have a hardware spi programmer? we need it to read/write data from chip on a amd platform ,if you wanna modify bios on a amd machine , this is a better way. (fx505du mainboard and spi programmer)

I can do this mod(ami menu+cbs&pbs menu unlock) ,but i need you provide a bios dump that backup from spi programmer. If you can do it ,i'll help you out to edit it.

Good luck.

Hi,

I have an asus fx705dt that has an asus fx505dd rev2.0 board inside. It has a ryzen 7 3750h cpu and nvidia 1650 gpu.
The issue is that the display is dead and i want to use the laptop with an external display, but the board will not let me by default.
The internal eDP is routed to the CPU and the HDMI to the GPU and during startup it will only output image on eDP.Also the eDP is locked to certain EDIDs i think...because i could not get an image on any of the 15.6 and 13.3 displays i have around.I've tested HD,FHD,60hz,144hz but still nothing.

Is there anyway to force the bios to use the GPU as the defaul display output? or at least edit the default EDID list to accept lower size displays ?
Also i was thinking about rerouting the HDMI output to the eDP,as it will not take too much work...some coils to be removed and a few jumpers for data.Did anyone try that before ? will the eDP still block the image outpu unless the display is 17.3 ?

Thanks

I have an ASUS TUF FX705DT with the Ryzen 5 3550H and Nvidia GTX 1650

I want to unlock as many features of the bios as I possibly can while still having a stable system. I don't know what's all possible with this platform but I know that CPU overclocking is almost completely impossible, but I don't know the limits of GPU and Memory clock. I want to be able to attempt to make my PC faster and able to handle CPU and GPU intensive games. My goal is to be able to play BeamNG drive at a solid 60 fps having default settings. My computer seems to be getting CPU bottlenecked every time I am working on something, as it hits 100% and slows my PC down to a halt. I just did a fresh install of windows again, so I don't know why this is happening.

Attached is the latest bios version for my system from the ASUS website
