Unlock and add everything h61m-p21 (ms-7680) custom mod request

Hi,

I have Bios version v19.2

I would like everything possible unlocked and functions added which this motherboard can potentially have, or at least be as close to other similar motherboards with deluxe BIOS options. I would like to overclock the speed of ddr3 ram from current max 1600mhz to something higher.

One of these things is to be able to use a cheap pcie to adapter with Sata connections on it for SSD 2.5 and to boot already installed windows 10 (with apps etc), with pcie speed (h61m-p21 only has sata ii). I hope for a safe flash mod and procedure.
